Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: More than 72 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full credit to be used for future classes or sessions. Within 72 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining amount will be issued as a credit for future use. No-Show: If you do not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, payment is forfeited, and no credit will be issued. Rescheduling Policy: 48 Hours’ Notice Required: Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours' notice. A $10 rescheduling fee applies if rescheduling is done within 48 hours of the scheduled session. Late Rescheduling Fee: Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session may be subject to an additional fee, depending on the availability of alternative slots. General Information: No Refunds: Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. Only credits for future sessions are issued. Emergency Situations: Emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may offer flexibility in the policy.
